Bet the Knot provides social, non-monetary predictions and event engagement. Predictions, participant discussions and event results are not guarantees of what will occur. Users supply event information and other content, and may make errors or express opinions that are their own.

We do not collect entry fees or stakes, collect or hold wagers, settle participant money arrangements, or provide or pay prizes. Any money or prize arrangements participants make are independent of Bet the Knot and must comply with applicable law. This explanation is not a determination that a particular participant arrangement is lawful and is not legal or financial advice.

Ordinary event content, chats and photos are not automatically available for us to use as testimonials or promotional material. The limited service-operation content license is stated in our Terms and End User License Agreement; promotional use requires separate permission for the specific content and intended use.
