Open the invite link shared by your host. A brief account registration is required to connect you to the event. If the link does not work, ask the host to send it again.

An account connects your events, bets, and chats. If you cannot access yours, email support with a description of what happens. Never include your password.

Bet the Knot is available on iOS and in Android open beta. To test on Android, sign in to Google Play, choose “Become a tester,” then download the app using the same Google account. Beta versions may be unstable. Send feedback to support@bettheknot.com.

Open your profile in the app to contact support, or choose Send Feedback under Account Settings. Your app version is also listed in Account Settings. Tell us your device and app version, what you were trying to do, and what happened. A screenshot of the issue can help.
